    Hello.

I would like to ask since which part of applying you need to be 21 years old? I am 20 now and I will be 21 in february when I would say and I hope that they start hiring people finally. But I am just scared that for example assesment day will be like week before my 21th birthday. Can you help me please just since which point/step of applaying you need to be 21 already? Thanks a lot.

    Best regards.
    Dominika.

Hello Dominika, thanks for your message. In the past, both Emirates and Etihad welcomed applicants who were due to turn 21 up to around four months after the Open Day/Assessment Day. There is no reason to believe this policy has changed. The whole recruitment process can take quite some time and recruiters are quite open to accepting candidates who haven’t yet reached 21. It’s always a good idea to start your journey to becoming cabin crew as soon as you are ready – if that’s before you are 21 then go for it!

If you had to change something on an aeroplane, what would it be any why? What does this question it means? What should I answer? Could some one help me? Thanks.
